Vice City Rage - Public Beta Gameplay

This is part of the world we want. Vice City had some great missions in it.
In YouTube - the poster of this video has the title wrong! (You cannot call Vice City GTA4)! It is GTA3 or 2, something earlier than 4. Anyway, it looks great if this really is a public beta game-play.

Do Your YouTube Videos Not Play In Full Screen?
