GTA Drugs by Sea Mission Idea is to have a system of not being caught with the drugs, when bringing the drugs in by sea. This idea is taken from the film 'Once Upon a Time in America'. Robert De Nero, James Woods and Joe Pesci et al, a Sergio Leone epic tale of the rise of New York's gangsters.

There are reports flooding the internet as of April 2011 (actually started about February, but we waited to see if reports were going to be backed-up by hard facts).
