Of course you can, but there are rules!
The major one is that I must totally approve of what you've written. We have spent a lot of time on keeping the ideas pure to real life antics and not float off into a fantasy world of lazer guns or zombies. As much fun as all that is, we want to keep it real.
This is Niko B. (Not the real Niko - but a carbon copy). Anyway, I / we are a group of GTA players who want more from Rockstar.
We have lots of ideas for what we want in the next GTA games, and would hope that Rockstar will listen and make more fantastic games for us.
We welcome positive ideas and input, based on realistic environments and real life events and scenarios to put into the next or subsequent games.
No laser rifles, teleporting, flying cars or zombies. We want normal good clean fun, normal criminal activity and a legal side to how your life can run in the GTA world.
How, - please email

with 'new story idea' in the subject line.
Tell me about yourself, and of course don't forget the story and any related videos.
If you have a video that you think would explain your story idea, even if it is from another game, add that link too.
You will notice if you read my posts, that I use references to films, and other games like Scarface, Red Dead Redemption, The Godfather, Mafia, and way too many to mention here.
If you are making videos, try to stay away from the boom, boom, boom, background music so many people think we all want to listen to. Others might not have the same taste in music as you, and we'd prefer a narrative.
So, just talk over the video or if it is a game, then use the original soundtrack of vocal and BG effects, but try to remember to turn off the game music. Not everyone likes hill-billy, or K-Jah Reggae stations in GTA for instance. Then there are also the legal issues of music copy-rights.
We already have enough problems over copyright, without creating more problems.
