GTA V Release Date
I don't think GTA V will be out in October, although I hope it is! I think more realistically, it is likely to be released nearer Christmas on worse still by Easter next year. I do hope I am wrong, because I have been waiting for this game all my life! (Or maybe it just seems that way)?I will be glad when its finally reported at R*, but if you read some of the R* comments on 'News-Wire' RockStarGames are getting tired of all this speculation too. But, then again, they are the only ones who could shut everyone up, by just putting a post up or another video with some more information about GTA5. Its not fair to treat your devoted GTA fans like this, not giving them more and regular updates.
We won't forget this!
Everyone should remember that R* are just like this. They will give you nothing, then a video a year before a game is due out. Then they will let everyone stew for another 6 months past that date, saying that they need to do last minute tweaks. This is mainly how the marketing process works! Tell them what they can have and show them all the goodies then do 'The Take Away' method to build more desire and need for the product.
Finally you try to get everyone fighting over what they think is a limited supply, but are only taking pre-orders until supplies can be guaranteed; and then release it! Its like one of those TV auctions on the shopping channel. (They always seem to be able to locate just one more of the item after the auction has closed). It makes me sick!
R*, why not just say. We know we have the best game in the world and everyone is going to buy it. Here's the date it will be out and this is the price. In the meantime, here is a list of all the things you can do in the game and a few videos to wet your appetite! That's just what I'd like!
